Payment and prices
Individual and current total price for your order is summed up at checkout, including any shipping and payment fees, as well as VAT.
We offer the following payment methods:

Klarna Checkout makes it easy, flexible and safe for you to shop online. By answering a few questions you can easily identify yourself and you can choose the payment method that suits you best. A nice thing about Klarna Checkout is that we differentiate between purchases and payments. First you confirm your purchase and then choose how you want to pay. Either with Klarna invoice or Klarna account – or with cards. Everything is equally safe.
Terms of payment are also stated in the cashier under the respective payment options.
Deliveries and returns
We offer the following delivery methods:
Fixed price SEK 79 (up to 5kg) for deliveries in Sweden. Delivery within 14 days to the nearest delivery point.
Terms for delivery are also stated in the checkout during each delivery method. Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time is 14 days. If an article has different delivery times, it is stated at the respective article. If delivery delay occurs, we will notify you via email. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. There may be times that make it impossible to fulfill the order, for example when our supplier or freight forwarder cannot fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to exempt ourselves from all compensation to the customer regarding delays in delivery.
Returns are at your own expense except if the item is defective or if we have packed incorrectly. Returns should be sent by letter or parcel, not by postage. In the event of a change we pay the new freight from us to you.
14 days open purchase
We comply with the distance contract law and thus you have the right to return ordered goods without giving any reason. You cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receipt of your order (or a larger part of). The item should be returned unused, well packaged, in fine condition and in original carton.
If you as a customer have handled the article to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its characteristics or function and this has led to the article being returned less worthy, we have the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the article’s value reduction on the amount to be refunded. The decrease in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund whatever you paid for the item as soon as or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item. You have to pay the return costs yourself when you return the item.
